ALTOSAXO Music Apparel is an e-commerce website that specializes in selling music-themed t-shirts. We are your best source for hard to find music t-shirts on the web and we are continuously adding new artists and designs to our inventory. All of our shirts are made of 100% cotton with excellent quality prints. With a focus on high-quality materials and unique designs, ALTOSAXO Music Apparel is a destination for those who want to express their love for music through fashion.
Worldwide Shipping
We work together with DHL, Asendia, USPS, Royal Mail, and Australia Post applying each package with a tracking number. You will see the cost we apply for shipping in the shopping cart before you approve your order for payment processing. Delivery is estimated in 5-7 working days for Europe, United States & Canada and 7-10 working days for International orders.
Tracking informations will be provided within the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please get in touch with our customer service in case of any delivery problems.
Payment Security
ALTOSAXO is Certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud. We are very serious about securely hosting our store and have invested significant time and money to certify our solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work hard to keep our shopping cart and ecommerce secure.
The ALTOSAXO compliance covers all six PCI standard categories.
Returns, Faulty goods and Transit damage
Unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.
Please make sure to consult the Size Chart before placing your order.
If your goods develop a fault within 14 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), the goods may be returned for replacement. In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers to provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible. If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at info@altosaxo.net with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however after this time has passed we will dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 28 days of the order being shipped.
Environmental Policy

Improving the impact we have on the environment is a key focus for us. Our mailing bags are made from 100% recycled materials. We have reduced our plastic consumption over the last years and have also committed to further reduce the amount of plastic we use in our packaging. The use of bubble-wrap/garment bags are necessary for us to prevent in transit damages, and ensure the product reaches our customers in the condition we expect. However, we are continuously looking at improving this further with more environmentally friendly solutions.
