Shipping

We work together with DHL, Asendia, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and Australia Post applying each package with a tracking number.

You will see the cost we apply for shipping in the shopping cart before you approve your order for payment processing.

Delivery is estimated in 5-7 working days for Europe, United States & Canada and 7-10 working days for International orders.

Tracking informations will be provided within the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Christmas Season 2024 - 2025
Due to the high volume of orders some orders may be slightly delayed. We are working around the clock, but unfortunately cannot guarantee you the usual shipping times at the moment. Cases of delivery bottlenecks at the airports and customs are putting additional obstacles in our way.

We currently expect a shipping time of 7-10 business days. Orders placed until December 12, 2024 will be delivered in time for Christmas (condition for timely delivery is that the corresponding products are in our warehouse).

Canada Post 
Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada.
As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of November 27, 2024.
International items that have already been sent to Canada between November 4-26 will be held securely by Canada Post, however tracking information from Canada Post may not be available at this time.
Once services resume, items will be processed and delivered by Canada Post as quickly as possible. However, customers should expect delays as Canada Post works to manage the volume and stabilize operations.
