Shipping Information
We partner with trusted carriers including DHL, Asendia, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and Australia Post.

Each shipment is assigned a tracking number to ensure visibility throughout the delivery process. 

Shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart prior to finalizing your order and proceeding to payment.

 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe, United States, and Canada: 5–10 business days

• International destinations: 7–15 business days

 

Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery and Collection Policy 
The courier will make an attempt to deliver your parcel directly to you. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left at your doorstep, in your mailbox, or with a neighbor, depending on the courier’s discretion.

If delivery cannot be completed and the parcel cannot be left at your location, it will be transferred to your local post office or a designated pick-up point. You will have seven (7) business days to collect the parcel before it is returned to us. 

​Please note that it is the recipient’s responsibility to retrieve the parcel within the stated timeframe.

In the event that the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping and return fees will apply for any reshipment.
