UPDATE: September 3, 2025.
Dear Customers,
We want to take a moment to explain the current situation regarding shipping delays for orders traveling from the European Union to the United States.
Recently, new tariffs and customs measures have been introduced on certain categories of goods being imported into the US from the EU. These measures have created unexpected slowdowns at customs checkpoints, where packages are undergoing additional reviews and paperwork before being released.
Unfortunately, this means that some of your parcels may take longer than usual to arrive. While we are doing everything in our power to keep orders moving smoothly, the added inspections are beyond our direct control and are affecting many businesses like ours.
What this means for your order
Delivery times may be extended beyond our normal estimates.
Tracking updates might appear slower or remain pending during customs clearance.
Once cleared, your package will continue on its way without issue.
What we are doing about it
We are working closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays where possible.
Our team is monitoring shipments daily and will provide updates whenever we have new information.
We are exploring alternative logistics routes to speed up delivery in the future.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes. We know how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while this situation unfolds.
If you have any concerns about your order or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are here to help.
Thank you for standing by us during this challenging period. We value your trust and look forward to serving you better as we adapt to these new circumstances.
UPDATE: September 8, 2025.
What are the new regulations for shipping to the United States?
The United States recently adopted an executive order that significantly changes customs procedures, effective August 29, 2025, for goods sent to the United States + annexed territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands).
Goods are now taxed from the first dollar , whereas previously they were duty-free up to 800 dollars.
These customs duties are now the responsibility of the sender, not the recipient, unlike in the rest of the world, and must be paid to US customs before the items enter the United States.
However, to date, the United States has not provided European postal operators with concrete procedures for collecting taxes. It is therefore impossible for the postal operators to undertake the work necessary to implement these new requirements.
Many European postal operators are temporarily suspending certain shipments to the United States, from August 25, 2025 and until further notice.
UPDATE: September 20, 2025.
While we are making every effort to ensure orders are processed and delivered without disruption, the recent tariffs and customs regulations are factors beyond our direct control and have created delays affecting many businesses, including ours.
We fully understand your disappointment and frustration at not yet receiving your order. Please be assured that if your order does not arrive in the United States or is not delivered within the coming days, we will issue you a full refund.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
UPDATE: October 6, 2025.
We have started processing refunds for all affected orders, with priority given to those placed in early August.
The good news is that many of our products are now available through American suppliers, which means all new orders can be shipped directly within the U.S. without delays.
