Dream pop duo Azure Ray was formed in Athens, Georgia, in 2001 by the musicians Orenda Fink and Maria Taylor. Azure Ray use graceful harmonies, patient folksy song structures, and touches of electronic production to create otherworldly songs that balance tranquility and intensity. They have released five albums: Azure Ray (2001), Burn and Shiver (2002), Hold On Love (2003), Drawing Down the Moon (2010), and Remedy (2021).
