Post-grunge band Creed was formed in Tallahassee, Florida in 1994. The band has consisted of lead vocalist Scott Stapp, lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, drummer Scott Phillips, and bassist Brian Marshall. Creed has released four studio albums: My Own Prison (1997), Human Clay (1999), Weathered (2001), and Full Circle (2009).
