Pop-punk band Hey Monday was formed in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2008. Their style has been described as emo pop, pop rock, power pop, and alternative rock. They released their debut album Hold On Tight in 2008, which produced the singles "Homecoming" and "How You Love Me Now".
