Alterlatino band RAWAYANA went on to achieve international recognition with its infectious fusion of rock, reggae, ska, funk,  salsa, and Caribbean rhythms. The band became instantly popular in its native Venezuela with the debut album Licencia Para Ser Libre (2011). The follow-up Rawayanaland (2013) aimed at gaining the band international exposure and the process solidified with the Latin Grammy-nominated Trippy Caribbean (2016).
