Indie rock band The Kooks were formed in 2004 in Brighton, England. The Kooks have experimented in several genres including rock, Britpop, pop, reggae, ska, and more recently, funk and hip-hop. They have released six albums: Inside In / Inside Out (2006), Konk (2008), Junk of the Heart (2011), Listen (2014), Let's Go Sunshine (2018), and 10 Tracks to Echo in the Dark (2022).
