Alternative rock band The Virginmarys was formed in Macclesfield, England in 2006. The band set out to create intelligent hard rock that could be visceral and fun without being meatheaded. The Virginmarys have released four studio albums: Self Medication (2008), King of Conflict (2013), Divides (2016), and Northern Sun Sessions (2018).
